We provide digital management of key routines with centralized access to associated reports and certifications. We remind you of upcoming routines, allowing you to take necessary actions or approve us to handle tasks and any required remedial works on your behalf. The portal is then updated with the latest certification until the next cycle.
  • Site Level Access: When logged into the portal, navigate to “Assets” for an overview of routines being managed. Expand the columns for renewal dates and PDF reports and certifications. We recommend printing hard copies for local records and to satisfy inspectorate.
  • Management Access: Management can access all routines and certifications across the organisation through customisable dashboards and reports, ensuring corporate oversight and an extra layer of security to keep key sites compliant and safe.
Clients benefit from dedicated warehousing space at our facility for bulk buy purchases, seasonal items, promotional goods, and more. You can view and order your stocks online and set automatic replenishment when levels fall below a certain threshold.
    • Ordering Dedicated Stocks Online: When logged into the portal, navigate to “My contract items”. Use the filters on the left-hand side to filter to “Dedicated stocks”. You will see items with photos, details, and current stock levels where you can proceed to order as required.
  • Management Reporting: Management can access customizable dashboards and reports detailing all dedicated stocks, forecasted demand, and automatic replenishment settings.

Using the dashboard & placing orders

Logging in

Online ordering through I-Tel couldn’t be easier.
Visit and bookmark www.itelsupplies.co.uk.
Users need to request access for the sites they need to order for.
Upon approval, you can log in with your email address and chosen password.

Multiple sites

You can select the site you want to order for when you log in.
Note: you can still change the delivery address at checkout, but the order will be costed to the site you selected initially.

Your account page

From the “My Account” page, use “Select Branch” to change the selected branch.
This is useful if you need to order, review assets, or transactions for multiple sites you have access to.

Your contract items

On the “My Account” page select “Contract Items” to view a custom list of key items used across your organization, promoting uniform purchasing.

Favourites

You can add any item you wish to your “Favourites” section by simply clicking the heart icon on the product listing.
Select the heart icon for any preferred items to bookmark them in your favourites section in the “My Account” area.

Using search

If you search a word and press enter straight away, it will search that word across the entire database, which may return a broad range of results.
Alternatively, refrain from pressing enter, and the system will present the most likely matching products or categories.
Navigating through the main category limits searches and results to the respective category.

Using filters

The left-hand side of search results displays filters with attributes tied to the list of products.
You can use these to narrow down results by color, size, brand and many more.
If you see “Contract items” as an option, it means there is a preferred choice for your organization.

At the checkout

The checkout process is intuitive with a familiar web buying experience.
By default, delivery is set to Free standard delivery. You can select Next Day Delivery, charged at £5.

Supplier management

We can source products and services from nominated suppliers upon request, ensuring their products are available via our portal. However, this should be limited to circumstances where there isn’t available supply through our standard, approved channels. If you find better pricing elsewhere, please highlight this to us for review and price matching against reputable business-to-business suppliers. Note that this does not include marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay, which should not be used due to the lack of control over product origin. Retail outlets like supermarkets often provide consumer-led products that may not meet necessary quality standards and certifications for commercial use.

Admin reduction

Ordering through I-Tel Group’s platform significantly reduces administration for your organization. Processing is reduced to a single monthly import-ready invoice, preassigned to cost centres and expense codes. This saves countless hours of manual admin and provides line-level detail of everything ordered, essential for spend analysis and business intelligence reporting. For example, this data will tell you exactly how many pens have been ordered, the brand, the colours, etc.

Business intelligence

Management benefits from real-time, fully customizable spend analysis dashboards and reports. Fully mapped to your organization’s addresses, cost centres, and expense codes, you can see exactly what has been ordered, when, and by whom. The ability to view spend across the organization aids strategic decision-making for supply chain refinements, ensuring everyone buys the same products and services, leading to bulk buy opportunities and discounts.
