Real Life Options (RLO) is dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Having served communities across England and Scotland for over 25 years through 200 locations, RLO wanted to give back to their hardworking staff following the challenging pandemic period. I-Tel Group was approached to design and deliver personalised gift hampers for Christmas and Easter as part of their Employee Engagement initiatives.
RLO aimed to provide Christmas gift hampers to over 2000 employees as a token of appreciation for their relentless service during the pandemic. Initial cost estimates for traditional hampers significantly exceeded the budget, prompting a need for a cost-effective, yet meaningful solution.

Design and Production:

Developed a unique, fully branded gift box design tailored to RLO’s brand identity.


Sourcing and Assembly:

Curated and sourced high-quality, enjoyable items that fit within the budget, avoiding traditional, expensive hamper contents.


Warehousing and Distribution:

Utilised I-Tel’s warehousing facilities to store the hampers and managed the distribution directly to RLO’s employees across various locations.
