Business Administrator

Are you a skilled and dedicated administrative professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide essential support for day-to-day operations and specific projects, both for our company and our valued clients.
Remuneration will range from £15 to £20 per hour, depending on the candidate’s skillset and level of experience.

The role

As a Business Administrator at I-Tel Group, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices and handling other accounts-related administration.
  • Managing supplier-related administration tasks.
  • Supporting facilities and asset management administration.
  • Maintaining and improving our website catalogue.
  • Assisting with marketing-related admin and campaigns.
  • Providing general project support and collaborating with the broader team.

Skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with back-office systems would be a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A strong work ethic, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination.
  • Self-sufficiency and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on solutions.
  • Alignment with our company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Previous experience in procurement, facilities management, business supplies, or catalogue maintenance would be advantageous.

Additional info

  • We welcome both part-time applications for employed positions and freelance contractor positions from across the UK. Proximity to our location would be advantageous.
  • There is flexibility in terms of work hours; this role will primarily be remote, with our offices typically used for meetings and collaboration (approximately 1-2 days per week).

Overseeing all our commercial agreements and supporting the individual requirements of our clients, Gareth brings tremendous credibility to the whole organisation.

Head of Marketing

An impressive background with blue chip companies Dee is a former global B2B Commercial manager for Dyson. A proven track record in marketing and communications Dee is responsible for I-Tel’s client onboarding and messaging.
With huge experience in strategic international campaigns and working effectively in cross-functional teams Dee brings strong commercial acumen alongside an excellent ability to interact and influence at all levels.

Paul Keenan

Head of Client Services

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in B2B sales in both the public and private sector and heads up our client services division. Overseeing high value public and private sector contracts Paul has in depth knowledge of the industry.
Key contact to senior management and C suite clients with a problem solving, customer service excellence ideology.
